Wildwood Tree Farm Privacy Policy

At Wildwood Tree Farm, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard the data you provide when visiting our website or booking a stay.

Information We Collect

When you email us about a stay, an inquiry for the Cedar Room, or a Guided Forest Tour, we collect the contact information you share with us, such as your name, email address, and phone number. Reservations for the Historic Cabin are made through Airbnb or Vrbo, which collect and process your booking and payment details under their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to process reservations, communicate with you regarding your stay, and send occasional updates about Wildwood Tree Farm. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

Communications & Opt-Out Rights

By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive emails and SMS text messages from us. You may opt out of receiving marketing and promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email. To opt out of SMS communications, simply reply "STOP" to any text message. We will process your opt-out requests promptly, within 10 business days as required by law, and you will receive no further promotional messages after opting out. In accordance with Washington state guidelines, any promotional SMS messages will only be sent between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time.

Data Sharing & A2P 10DLC Compliance

We take the protection of your digital data seriously. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or secure payment processing, is permitted solely to facilitate your transactions and stay. However, all other use case categories entirely exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this opt-in information will never be shared with any third parties.

Data Security

Our website is served over a secure, encrypted connection. Bookings and payments for the Historic Cabin are handled by Airbnb and Vrbo, which protect your personal and financial data according to their own security practices.
